GemQuest is a competitive gaming platform. Users must be at least 13 years of age to participate. Only one account is permitted per physical device.
Gems are virtual utility tokens earned through gameplay and participation. They hold no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency. Gems are used strictly for in-app ranking, unlocking levels, and cosmetic upgrades.
To ensure fairness, we use automated detection (FraudGuard) to identify scripts, auto-clickers, and emulators. Violations result in the following penalty ladder:
Mining and rewards only occur while the user is actively interacting with the app. If no interaction is detected for 45 seconds, the app enters "Idle Mode," and reward generation is paused until activity resumes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in harassment, attempt to reverse engineer the application, or use unauthorized third-party tools.
