1. Nature of Service

GemQuest is a competitive skill-gaming platform. It allows users to play arcade games, track scores, and compete on leaderboards. GemQuest is NOT a gambling platform. There is no real-money betting, wagering, or staking involved.

2. Virtual Currency (Gems)

"Gems" are a virtual point system used solely to measure player skill and ranking. Gems:

• Have NO real-world monetary value.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash, bank transfers, or cryptocurrency.
• Cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Are non-refundable and revocable at our discretion.

3. Contests & Prizes

We may host seasonal contests where top-ranked players receive physical merchandise. These contests are games of skill, not chance. Winners are determined purely by gameplay performance scores.

Participation is restricted to residents of India. Residents of states where skill-gaming contests with prizes are regulated or prohibited (such as Assam, Nagaland, Odisha, Sikkim, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh) may play for fun but are ineligible to claim physical prizes.

4. Anti-Cheating Policy

Fair play is critical. Any use of automation software, macros, emulators, or exploits to artificially inflate scores (Gems) will result in:

• Immediate disqualification from current and future seasons.
• Permanent suspension of the user account.
• Forfeiture of all accumulated Gems and pending prize claims.

5. Limitation of Liability

GemQuest provides the service "as is". We are not liable for any loss of data, Gems, or ranking status due to server downtime, bugs, or account termination.
