Core Policy: No Cash Alternatives
GemQuest is a skill-gaming platform offering Physical Rewards Only. Gems are virtual utility tokens. They cannot be exchanged for cash, cryptocurrency, bank transfers, or any other monetary instrument. Prizes are strictly tangible goods.
1. Eligibility for Prizes
To be eligible to claim a Season Prize, you must:
- Be a legal resident of India.
- Be at least 18 years of age (or have parental consent).
- Rank within the designated "Prize Tier" on the Global Leaderboard at the season's end.
- Have a clean account status (No fraud strikes or bans).
2. Claim Process
Winners will be notified via the app's "Prizes" tab. You must submit a valid shipping address and contact details within 7 days of the Season ending. Failure to claim within this window may result in forfeiture.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship via standard courier partners (e.g., Delhivery, BlueDart).
- Delivery timelines are typically 14-21 business days after the claim is verified.
- GemQuest covers standard shipping costs. Any local octroi or entry taxes are the winner's responsibility.
- We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses provided by the user.
4. Disqualification
GemQuest reserves the right to disqualify any winner if:
- Cheating, hacking, or script usage is detected (FraudGuard).
- Multiple accounts are traced to a single user to manipulate rankings.
- The user fails to provide valid identity verification if requested.
